PS Plus Extra & Premium: July 2026 Game Lineup Revealed with Major Blockbuster Titles
Discover the full list of games joining PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in July 2026, including major titles like Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Rise of the Ronin.

Despite recent turbulence surrounding Sony’s strategic direction, the PlayStation Plus service continues its mission to provide value to its subscribers. In an effort to counter a wave of user dissatisfaction regarding the shift away from physical media by 2028, PlayStation has unveiled an impressive list of games joining the Extra and Premium tiers for July 2026.
New Additions for PS Plus Extra
Starting immediately, subscribers have access to seven high-profile titles. This month’s selection aims to sustain engagement following strong previous offerings like Final Fantasy 16. The new additions include:
- Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (PS5): A massive open-world adventure set in the lush world of Pandora.
- Rise of the Ronin (PS5): A deep action-RPG experience from Team Ninja.
- Firefighting Simulator: Ignite (PS5): A tactical simulation title.
- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind (PS5, PS4): A nostalgic beat-'em-up experience.
- Dying Light (PS4): The classic survival horror zombie epic.
- Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (PS5): A narrative-driven RPG adventure.
- Snow Bros. Wonderland (PS5): A colorful platforming challenge.
Expanding the Classics Catalog for PS Plus Premium
For those subscribed to the Premium tier, two additional titles are joining the retro library. While these might not be massive blockbusters, they offer cult-classic appeal for dedicated fans:
- **Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy (PS5, PS4)
- **Indigo Prophecy (PS5, PS4)
Games Leaving the Platform
Balance is required in the subscription model, and as these new titles arrive, 12 games are scheduled to exit the library on July 21, 2026. Players interested in titles like Risk of Rain 2, Tropico 6, or Cursed to Golf should prioritize completing them before they are removed from the service. Once these titles depart, they will no longer be accessible through a PS Plus subscription and will require a direct purchase from the PlayStation Store.
